Huh?

I just came back from a blog that had me listed with the likes of Joe, Haven, and Neo as a music blog.
GOD FORBID.
I like music blogs, and they certainly have their place, although I rarely download from them. I hate downloading underground music. Unless I get it firsthand from a trusted source.
But I am NOT a music blog.

yes, mister "a music blog". i have a phobia about downloading stuff. i'm much more likely to listen to something streaming than i am to download it.
i'm also one of those terrible people who judges an artist or album by the first 30 seconds of a first song that i hear.
and how on earth am i the queen of underground music?

Flo, you sound so disgusted about "music blogs" like they are a disease(I admit, you did say "i like music blogs" that was sweet). I have one word for you "CHILL"! You're seriously stressing like a mother. Go find a pacifier.
I say this out of the deepest respect and love for you. You aren't a music blog. But if you were i wouldn't like your blog any less. I love you.

Masa, masa, masa (notice, I am tenderly petting your fur)
I'm not disgusted by anyone or anything. I am simply not a music blog. It is a small irony that deserved wholehearted recognition.
I'm not disgusted by the association either. I may become a music blog one day, when I bore a hole in the ground deep enough to find some music worth posting. As of right now, though, it baffles me as to what extent one must have stretched their imagination to think I was a music blog, not because I don't love music as much as the next person, but because my blog doesn't have any more to do with music than the next person.
Yes? Yes? No?

Well, for one, I'd like to know who's blog that was. Why? Because I noticed you weren't the only mistake he/she made. Haven's blog is not a music blog either. You will never find music to download there.
Another thing is that -you produce underground music, & then you say you hate underground music. This does not compute.

Heyyyyy! I don't hate underground music (never said I hated it either). I just don't like downloading stuff. Whatever it is, I'm much more likely to actually spend five more minutes figuring out how i can just see it or listen to it online without having to download it. I click on something hoping it takes me to youtube and cancel it when i find out it's a download. I don't know why, it's just a quirk of mine.
I also don't like filling my computer with music that embarrasses me. I have quite a bit of stuff that qualifies as "underground", but a lot of the "underground scene" is filled up with rock songs and "heavy" metal songs...that I just don't download.
Once again, I like music blogs, and they have their place...but I really didn't think that people associated my blog with music.
You're right about Haven's blog not being a music blog. That was sort of funny too. It makes more sense than ME though, being as she's sort of a widely recognized rock star.
