The Silly Thoughts That One Ought Not Post On One's Blog

When does being sweet become something that is just about yourself and your need to feel like the better person? Can people tell the difference between someone who is just sweet because they've been trained to be sweet and is just blissfully like so, and someone who really needs to be sweet to support their feeble self-confidence--to need to have something that people want? What other reasons are there for people to be too sweet? Too sweet because they want something that they can't have and are in denial about it? Too sweet because they hate to be confrontational--and they don't want to think bad thoughts about anyone lest it eventually becomes something that needs confronting? Too sweet because too much of their pride hinges on being one of those "nice people" that everyone says "She's quite nice" about? What motivates me to be sweet?
Ahhhhhhhhh. A painfully pathetic thing to be thinking about so early in the morning.

Ha ha ha...? You think I'm sweet and you also think it's funny? Do you really think I'm sweet? Don't confuse me, Joyce. Don't mess.

Hmm... I think you got you self into a strange little train of thought there, Flo. But in answer to your question people can generally sense sincerity when they see it and conversely the lack there of. If someone is just "trying" to be sweet and it doesn't come from the kokoro, and they're doing it for any other reason then genuine love then it's painfully obvious.

Heehee.
Junior, I'm always getting lost inside a forest of shadowy thoughts. I can't help it, I am a silly girl with little brains. (At least I'm sweet.)

The Lords love is a nice selfless reason to try to be a sweet person.

Maybe people won't peg you as "she's sweet".
But is that something you'd really want to be pegged..it seems to be to have a rather bland connotation.

I think trying to be loving..isn't quite the same and just being "sweet" overall.
Sides when people know it's difficult for you, then they appreciate the effort you make to be more loveing..not that people don't appreciate naturally loving people.

I'm not sure that "fake it till you make it" really applies to love

i always that that to be called "sweet" was pretty general and vague...it's usually the first thing someone will say when giving a random compliment....methinks i'd much prefer to be known for something a little more solid than just "sweet"
no? someone back me up here!
